HAPPY (Belated) #FORCEFRIDAY EVERYONE!!

TAKE NO PRISONERS!!! ahem..

What I mean is, get in while you can!! There wasn't much stock during the Midnight Madness last night and "MADNESS" definitely explains how things transpired..not from ME, I hasten to add :)

There I was chatting with fellow fans of the Force outside my local Smyths Toy Store in Lakeside, Essex, having an amazing chat about the films, new film, the toys, peering through the window.. all good fun..

Then the shutters came up.. we made our way towards the door, I was only about 6th in the queue (I'd been standing out there for two hours! no rain thank goodness, just a little cold), well.. we got through the doors, and the game just changed..

There's only a little amount of room in the front of the store where all the new merch was positioned. I couldn't believe it.. these fans, these fellow fans.. just went mental.. grabbing what they could and having arguments with people about a toy  "I HAD MY HAND ON THAT..!!" I couldn't believe it..

There was only a few figures still on the pegs and I leaned over.. thank goodness, the one figure I really wanted to pick up was available.. Kylo Ren.. AWESOME, my son will be ecstatic! I then left the remainder of the pack of wild dogs to fight over the last few figures and went to see what the sabers are like..

At this point I was a little annoyed (firstly at the "fans"/"collectors"/"Wild ANIMALS") then secondly at the prices..initially.. then realised they were kinda on par with what we'd seen before. See below for a few pics from the night:

I wanted a light up and sound Kylo saber, but ended up with the £12.99 one which just extends (It's also compatible with the Bladebuilders sets!)

NERF had a good presence and these Bowcasters and Blasters and at GREAT prices!

There were also ALOT of Micromachines which not alot of people touched if I remember correctly..the paints on them looked a little rushed and also quite pale. The actual plastic looks quite flimsy too.. Titanium versions look ok though.. but I still prefer the Disney range best!

You may or may not be able to see from this picture the BOP IT R2D2! I wanted one of these, but it's quite small for the £19.99 price tag.. hoping this will come down in the future!

Apart from the "Exclusive" poster I received which is viewable in the picture below, there was a load of Hero Mashers and other goodies on a table.. it was a RAFFLE! Which I very quickly put my name down for (as it was FREE) so hopefully I'll get a call soon! Hehe!

Just a little more about the Hero Mashers, prices started at £14.99 and went up to over £30 for quite a large set, which looked pretty cool.. Since last night I've been advised my wife has bought my son the Darth one.. so pics to follow!

So below is my initial booty! I've bought a few more pieces since!

Once I got home I also ordered the Sphero BB-8! Can't wait to get it! There's problems with my order at the moment.. thanks Zavvi.. could have done without all that!! Look out for the FULL review soon though!

Below was an additional item I purchased from the Disneystore in Oxford street later the same morning. VERY IMPRESSED, even after the madness of the night, where Daisy Ridley and John Boyega attended, they were FULLY stocked and open before 9am!! GO DISNEY GO!!!

Now sitting on my desk at work!! (He's coming home later though!)
My wife, BLESS HER, then managed to pick me up Cap'n Phasma & another Kylo Ren 3.75" figures! LOVE HER!!

Let's face it, #ForceFriday is still going on for alot of us, I know a few other peices I'm after too!!

Check out other peoples tweets and hauls from the UK and all around the world by searching #forcefriday on the Twitter.

ALL the best! MAY THE FORCE FRIDAY BE WITH YOU!
