What is it?
So this magazine eluded me, so it was not covered in this months Episode of Scavenger UK..
This issue is out between 29th June - 9th August and is priced at £3.99.
On the front is a wrist shooter, of the ilk we've seen a few times now from Star Wars magazines. There's also for the summer months a WATER wrist shooter, which is pretty cool.
What I Thought
Lots of puzzles, games and fact files on your favorite characters, vehicles and weapons. There's also an awesome competition to win a load of Star Wars Hero Mashers as well as some 3.75" figures with vehicles! One the vehicles is a Rebels speeder packed with Ezra! VERY awesome!! Oh! There's a few nice posters in here too!
Also another awesome comic from Author Martin Fisher, this month is Chopper centric. The sassy droid finds himself atop a Scrap Pile and has to escape from a few E.T. Looking aliens!
Something else to mention is that Chopper activates a load of other droids and one looks mysteriously like the Medical Droid 2-1B which operated on Luke Skywalker and fitted his cyborg hand. It would be great if it was him, it would add a little more to the importance of the Rebels in the Star Wars history! Update on this to follow and will be revealed on the podcast how the Author intended this..
The Verdict
Sufficed to say, I really liked this months mag, the posters are great, my son loves to do the puzzles from front to back and also loves all he facts about the crew and other characters/vehicles from the timeline!
Go pick this up now! Next Month a free Dart Shooter and flying disc!
